Google Maps- if I turned it upside down and looked at it through a mirror maybe then I could see why I would want to stick pins in a map. Liked the Live train from Birmingham New Street in BB's talk. MB thinks it would work for a conference map I guess if you don't like asking for simple directions. Map lovers of the world unite just not to scale.

I like the thought of a tidy back garden in case anyone has a wee peak at no. 77.

Still to have a look at gaming websites but some people said it's not gambling so no winners and no alrights.

Learning 2.0 - will it be ok if I just type those words. KS did say.

Instant messaging - A long way of using a short word

I think I could use IM to inform library staff that their e-books are ready to rock n roll. I could use it for In-Process Requests to tell the users their books are ready to collect. All very serious for a beautiful yellow Monday morning. Going to see now if I can disturb the peace with some IM.

IM is right up my street once I am in the mood. It's like it's ok to interrupt all the time and think of something you want to say just as the other person is typing. I think it works well when you know the other person. Better to be fast on the old keyboard too. Alright to use on Facebook when a friend as sad as you on a Friday night knows you are online and knows how you normally speak/type.

Liked this alot (Voki) and did see it used before by Anne, Aoife & Ciara for the library. Normally not into cartoons but loved the idea of saying things behind the mask, standing in the boys toilet. Very scary moment though where I thought I had edited AND deleted the magical, wonderful bowloporridge blog, I was only replying to something and then it looked like I was in it, owning it and me new woman in the urinals had taken over. But it's okay now she's back on the horsetrack!

password verifications

Meant to say this earlier but I'm not very good at the old funny writing password things wonder what does this mean for me the amount of things I have been turned away from because I'm trying to guess the word too many times!
